The WOTC property requires all coffee shop patrons to purchase a $15 membership to access the property. This membership gets you a dolphin reader so you can bypass the guest call box at the gate and enter through the resident entrance. The first month you renew your membership, you will receive a $15 e-gift card credit at the coffee shop, so the membership fee basically pays for itself! Use the QR code above to register.
Per our lease agreement, no outside dogs are allowed on the property.
